After performing the rollback, there was a new language update released. I applied this update on a test subdomain, and the contact page is functioning correctly on this subdomain.
Due to the urgency of keeping the contact page operational, I couldn't afford to leave it dysfunctional for long, which led me to perform the rollback. The initial issue appeared to be related to a lack of translation for some internal class affecting the contact page...
After having successfully updated the test environment, I am planning to restore the database backup from before the upgrade to fully ensure all settings are correctly reverted. After ensuring everything is stable, I intend to update the main site to Joomla 5.1 again, now that the translation issues appear to be resolved.
I hope this will fix the issues I've been facing.
