General Questions/New to Joomla! 4.x • where is the joomla/cms/menu folder

Hi
What is the folder prior to joomla?
Joomla 4. I have searched all over the place.... all start with joomla

How do I get to the folder for ../joomla/cms/menu?

I have found joomla folders but cms is not in there - so much be another folder somewhere?

I have seen in libraries,
and layout but none have cms folder...
