I had ACy mailing 5 for years but now I've been forced to use version 9.
It seems overly complicated. It has a pokey little screen that is hard to see. The editor is much smaller with less versatility than the previous one. Everything seems more complicated slower harder to use and worse.
Maybe I'm missing something but I would like some feedback from other people on this.
I think I have been with them for about 10 years now but I think I have to look for a new newsletter marketing tool if anybody has any advice or recommendations please let me know.
It has really annoyed me, it was fine before. Why change it and why such stupid changes.
Why make the screen so small that you can barely see it?
Why make the editor smaller with less things on it whereas before you could just use the Joomla editor which was great.
Why make everything so complicated and have to jump through so many hoops?
