Backup of table taken and the changes made to the first line are:

Sadly, the end result is still getting an error message:
You do not have access to the Administrator section of this site.

Did I miss something?

I realized the FPA is also seeing the old J3 version which is in the file structure. Hence you are seeing multiple instances of items like JEvents.
