It has come to our attention that when customers checkout as a guest, if they do not fill in one of the 'required' fields in their address then then whole form is wiped blank once they click into the next stage, with no reasoning. This has caused some of our customers to think that the website is just not functioning.
When a customer has an account and they do not fill in one of the 'required' fields a little pop-up shows which points to the blank box and says 'please fill in this field'. How can I get this to happen for guests?
I have been into configuration / fields registration but there is nothing for guests, only for register,address and change my details.
