Thank you both for the advice! I have had a good look at both your suggestions and have decided to go with the Tooltip GC for now. I am familiar with Regular Labs and use quite a few of their extensions across a number of sites. Their tooltip extension however doesn't play well with JoomlArt's T4 framework.
And @Webdongle, yes, I do understand how the extensions service works on joomla.org. I was asking for experience-based advice from users who have successfully implemented their suggested solution.![:)]( "Smiley")
